Green Kale Energy Smoothie

Ingredients:


  • 1 frozen, very ripe banan

  • ¾ cup spinach, loosely packed

  • ¾ cups curly kale with stems removed

  • ½ cup carrots, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (or cilantro)

  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • 8 ounces of water

  • 4 ice cubes


Add all of the ingredients above into a high-speed blender and blend into a fine smoothie. Consume while fresh for best results.
